Vision

To use my skills and knowledge in  facilitating a creative  exploitation of human capital within individuals, businesses and communities to achieve growth opportunities, shared by all of us in an interconnected global economy. I will achieve this vision  by raising the awareness of global transformations and its impact on our lives and communities. In the age of knowledge, the proper utilization of  human capital offers individuals, businesses and communities better chances to achieve higher levels of their potential.

In Canada, the creative  exploitation of  newcomer human capital  provides Canadian businesses and communities with unlimited expansion opportunities in the global economy.  To promote  innovative strategies in exploiting  newcomer intellectual capital within communities, workplaces and Canada's economy at large, Khaled will be sharing his knowledge and the results of his ongoing research by offering presentations, training, workshops and consultations and writing articles. As an outcome of the new awareness, newcomers will realize that human capital is their real source of wealth and achievement. This will help newcomers use their human assets more creatively to build better futures for themselves and families. Communities and businesses will develop new strategies to utilize newcomer intellectual capital more effectively in the era of knowledge economy.

Khaled already is using  his excellent knowledge of the Arabic language and economic and business environment in the Arab world to facilitate access of North American corporations and businesses, to the emerging Arab knowledge markets especially in the Gulf countries such as Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
